Cultivating Intentional Presence

This program offers leaders a framework and practices to be more purposeful about how they show up in one-on-one and small group meetings. Since a well-expressed presence is the most powerful way to improve relationships, enhance cultures, and feel more inspired and joyful at work, this module lays out the elements for how everyone can embody this more.

The Visioning Workshop

This two-day customizable event, that I have delivered at Apple, Nike, Genentech and The Miami Heat, launches innovative, new initiatives and programs that have made a fundamental difference to the business.

Fundamentals of Leading and Managing

I first designed and delivered this program to all managers and directors at Apple. It created a common language within the company and focal point for leadership. Since then, I have created other organization-wide programs at Verisign and CDA.

 

Communicating with Impact

This workshop, offered in four half-day sessions, provides participants an opportunity to improve (from the inside out) their manner of speaking in front of an audience.

Distinct from Toastmasters and other programs that focus on “techniques,” this program enables participants to develop the skills to relate to their audience rather than perform for them. Participants report tremendous improvements in confidence, impact, and personal success.

The Organization Workshop

This workshop is a powerful blend of experiential, reflective and theoretical activities that create the possibility of extraordinary change for individuals, teams and the system as a whole.

Participants understand, in a new way, the issues and dilemmas faced by people at all levels of the organization while identifying strategies for creating powerful, productive partnerships up, down and across organizational lines.

Building High Trust Teams

This 3-hour module, that works well on Zoom or live, focuses on the characteristics of high trust teams and the leadership behaviors necessary to cultivate that result. Participants get feedback about their current team’s effectiveness and receive coaching on how to foster great team psychological safety, trust and cohesion.
